Built the production lifecycle for moving integrity enforcement from human review to evaluated LLMs, reducing scaled review by roughly 27% while holding enforcement quality flat.
Built a governed agentic automation platform that turned manual escalation playbooks into automated, auditable workflows for triage, investigation, enforcement, response, and closure.
